HitchPay started with a familiar frustration. Our founders were running businesses that paid suppliers, contractors and teams in a dozen countries, and every cross-border payment meant hidden FX markups, days of waiting and support tickets that went nowhere. The tools built for global commerce simply hadn't caught up with how global companies actually operate.
So in 2022 we set out to rebuild the plumbing. Instead of stitching together a patchwork of banks and brokers, we built a single platform that connects multi-currency accounts, instant payments, corporate cards and working capital on top of regulated banking partners. What used to take a week and three intermediaries now takes minutes.
Today more than 12,000 businesses, from two-person startups to established marketplaces, run their money on HitchPay across 30+ currencies. We're still early, and the mission hasn't changed: make cross-border finance so simple it fades into the background.
