Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by HitchPay Technologies, Inc. ("HitchPay"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be a business or an authorized representative of a business, and complete our identity and business verification. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for all activity under your account.
HitchPay is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by our partner banks, Members FDIC; cards are issued by a partner bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable partner agreements and deposit terms.
Fees for the Services are described on our Pricing page and in your account. We may update fees with notice as permitted by law.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, HitchPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required to comply with law or partner requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Contact legal@hitchpay.com with questions.
